Account Executive - MO

What You'll Do

• Grow the network. Identify, pursue, and win new members by showing how AAIM's services solve real business problems.
• Be the expert. Guide HR leaders and executives with insights on industry best practices, trends, and regulations.
• Inspire confidence. Demonstrate our membership and technology solutions with impact, making the value crystal clear.
• Nurture relationships. Manage a book of business, meet with members regularly, and uncover opportunities to help them level up.
• Drive results. Hit (and exceed) growth, retention, and revenue goals - not by pushing products, but by delivering solutions that matter.
• Represent AAIM. Show up at events, forums, and community spaces as the face of AAIM - confident, approachable, and trusted.

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of consultative sales experience with a proven track record of closing new business.
• Strong communication and presentation skills - you can light up a room, whether virtual or in-person.
• Curiosity and confidence in asking the right questions to uncover member needs.
• Tech-savvy mindset (Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and beyond).
• A genuine passion for HR, people, and helping organizations succeed.

This is a full-time exempt role (M–F, 8–5, with some flexibility). Expect about 10–20% travel across Greater St. Louis, MO Metro Region, Indianapolis, IN and Central IL - because the best connections still happen face-to-face.

Pay Range: $75,000 to $115,000 (Base plus Commission)
