Account Executive

Position Type: Hybrid

Salary Range: $75,000-$85,000 base + uncapped commission

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a strategic sales approach to drive revenue and expand market share.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers in HR and business leadership roles.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through a consultative sales approach.
• Deliver compelling presentations that showcase our HR solutions and their impact.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless client experience.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to track pipeline activity, forecast revenue, and optimize sales efforts.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors to uncover new opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings (10-20% travel required).

Who You Are

• Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in HR, SaaS, or professional services.
• Knowledge of HR processes and challenges is a strong plus.
• Skilled in relationship management, consultative selling, and deal negotiation.
• Comfortable working in a virtual/hybrid sales environment and presenting to senior-level executives.
• Proficient in Salesforce CRM and other sales productivity tools.
• Strong communicator, highly organized, and driven to exceed targets.
