What You'll Do:

• Collect Data: Collaborate with members to gather and analyze workforce data.
• Plan Creation: Craft affirmative action plans that meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure Compliance: Stay ahead of federal, state, and local affirmative action laws and guidelines.
• Support Members: Serve as the go-to expert for affirmative action plans, offering guidance and support.
• Stay Informed: Keep up with changes in affirmative action regulations and industry best practices.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, OR a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in affirmative action OR a related field.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of affirmative action laws, regulations, and guidelines.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
• Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
