The Role:

The Service Delivery Specialist is a client-facing role that will support and work collaboratively with AAIM staff and leadership and AAIM HR service providers, SMEs, and Sr Consultants to ensure timely and successful delivery of the critical HR services, solutions, and workforce development/leadership trainings requested by our member employers.

They will play an important and impactful role in maintaining, guiding, updating, and enhancing the processes, protocols, and practices of AAIM HR project and service delivery, contributing to the overall success and longevity of the organization.
