AAIM Employers' Association is looking for an HR Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll manage a dedicated portfolio of member accounts, ensuring they stay connected with our services while helping their organizations thrive. What You'll Do:

• Foster Connections: Build lasting relationships with members by understanding their needs and recommending tailored solutions.
• Drive Engagement: Strategically promote AAIM's paid services to grow membership value year-over-year-without the pushy sales tactics.
• Stay Proactive: Use your organizational skills to conduct regular check-ins, track member activity, and ensure no opportunity goes unnoticed.
• Collaborate and Deliver: Partner with product managers to deliver high-quality, personalized service and exceed member expectations.
• Track Success: Leverage Salesforce and other technology to manage accounts, log interactions, and monitor retention and growth metrics.

What We're Looking For:

• Relationship Builder: You're a natural communicator who thrives on building trust and solving problems.
• Growth-Oriented: You're proactive, adaptable, and have a knack for spotting opportunities to create value.
• Tech-Savvy: You embrace tools like Salesforce CRM, AI, and Microsoft Office to streamline your work.
• Experienced: 3+ years in sales, account management, or a similar role (bonus points for experience with membership-based organizations).
