At AAIM Employers' Association, we're looking for an HR Advisor who will be the go-to expert for businesses, helping them leverage our Training & OD and HR solutions to meet their goals.

What You'll Do:

• Grow Your Territory: Use your sales expertise to identify leads, build relationships, and close deals with new members.
• Guide Existing Members: Cultivate strong connections with your book of business, delivering tailored insights, solutions, and services.
• Be a Trusted Partner: Showcase AAIM's offerings, including membership benefits, technology, and best practices, to help businesses stay ahead.
• Professional Development: Stay sharp and expand your network by attending industry events and training.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years of success in consultative sales, focused on new business acquisition.
• Strong communication skills, a knack for relationship-building, and the ability to provide tailored solutions.
• Proven record of success in sales/account executive role
• Preferred: Knowledge of HR related services and industry
• Preferred: Experience working with Salesforce or CRM
