Human Resource Solutions Manager

Summary:

The Human Resource Solutions Manager, under the guidance of the Vice President, is an engaging team member with great listening skills who builds and maintains excellent client relations with prospective and current members regarding AAIM's solution products and services.  This person has an innate ability to learn a member's business, asses their needs, propose and upsell products and services, ensure clients receive the maximum value from solutions offered, and provide ongoing support with the goal of promoting overall customer satisfaction.  The onboarding and implementation of products and services to new and existing members are the key functions of this position.

Essential Functions:

Leads the continuous development and management of AAIM's talent management systems

  • Maintains a deep understanding of the products and services offered by AAIM and educates members on the best practices and business value of these solutions
  • Builds a member base, develops strong relationships, acts as a trusted advisor, and ensures members maintain a continued interest in AAIM products and services
  • Oversees all aspects of support and troubleshooting of concerns after onboarding and implementation
  • Manages member communications in a professional manner, including member concerns and problem management situations
  • Identifies upsell opportunities to increase sales and revenue and build brand awareness
  • Provides feedback from members to enable continuous improvement of the products
  • Identifies trends to address underlying product issues and tracks metrics to drive member satisfaction

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time exempt position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.  Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel: This position requires 10-20% travel outside of the St. Louis Metro region. Most travel will be to Central Illinois and surrounding areas.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in human resources preferred

Skills Required:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate at multiple levels within an organization
  • Strong planning, organization, prioritization, multi-tasking, and facilitation skills
  • Possesses strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and solve business and basic technical problems
