Independent HR Consultant
AAIM provides outstanding HR services and support to 1800 member companies. We are seeking experienced, independent HR Generalist consultants with more than five years of direct HR experience and HR-related degrees / certifications. The consultants will work on hands-on projects for AAIM members in the St. Louis metro area in partnership with AAIM staff and resources. AAIM invests in business development, marketing, HR resources, and billing administration, allowing you to focus on effective HR consulting. Consultants will be self-employed and should be open to intermittent engagements and variable schedules. Looking for individuals with HR Certification from HRCI or SHRM and previous consulting experience.
