AAIM provides outstanding HR services and support to 1800 member companies. We are seeking experienced, independent Recruiting consultants with a minimum of three years of diverse recruiting experience who are willing to work on client site. The consultants will work on hands-on recruiting projects for AAIM members in the St. Louis metro area in partnership with AAIM staff and resources. AAIM invests in business development, marketing, HR resources, and billing administration, allowing you to focus on effective recruiting consulting. Consultants will be self-employed and should be open to intermittent engagements and variable schedules.
