Marketing Automation/Email/Digital Media Specialist

As the Marketing Automation Specialist for AAIM, you will be part of the Marketing department and act as the primary resource to assist with managing AAIM's public-facing website, social media engagement, review monitoring, search engine optimization, digital advertising, email marketing and marketing automation systems and programs. Our ideal candidate is an expert in crafting compelling copy that generates leads and sales and a problem-solving individual who is well-versed in inbound and outbound marketing techniques.

This position is responsible for collaborating with internal groups to create, assist with managing and optimizing digital campaigns and programs. The individual will be responsible for the setup, deployment of automated digital campaigns. As a member of our highly collaborative team, you will not only support the strategic focus of the organization, but also bring enthusiasm and new ideas to help grow the business and enhance the operational efficiency of the organization.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for supporting Pardot and marketing automation initiatives, with a focus on implementing, automating, and optimizing lead generation, onboarding, customer engagement and overall experience of AAIM members
• Day-to-day management of email campaigns and automations
• Writes email copy for Pardot campaigns
• Create customer journeys and nurture campaigns
• Facilitate ongoing project management to implement programs from concept to completion
• Work in close partnership with marketing team, agencies, and vendors to ensure quality execution of marketing programs
• Work with internal departments to accomplish tasks and ensure that marketing campaign updates and reporting are provided to stakeholders
• Projects may include a variety of marketing channels such as digital, email, social media and website
• Tracks all marketing automation results, measures campaign success and reports metrics to produce end-to-end analytics for data-driven results
• Work with team to translate marketing requirements into functional campaigns within Pardot

Preferred Experience

• Pardot experience
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
• Understanding of social media

Education and Skills Required

• Experience: 3-5 years
• Degree: Bachelor's Degree
• Strong composition, editing, and proofreading skills
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong planning, organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
• Strong time management skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines and budgets
• Requires a high attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work and make decisions independently
• Technology savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
