In this part-time, inside sales role, you'll manage a portfolio of member accounts, ensuring they stay engaged, satisfied, and connected to our paid services.

This is the perfect role for someone who thrives on strategy, connection, and seeing the direct impact of their efforts.

What You'll Do:

• Engage with members to build strong relationships, ensure retention, and drive satisfaction.
• Drive engagement and revenue by promoting AAIM's training, events, and services.
• Collaborate with teams to coordinate projects, deliver seamless service, and support member goals.
• Use technology like Salesforce CRM to stay organized, track activity, and uncover growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

• Sales-Focused: You've got at least 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
• Organized and Strategic: Juggling multiple accounts and staying on top of details is your superpower.
• Tech-Savvy: You know your way around tools like Salesforce CRM and enjoy finding ways to work smarter, not harder.
• Collaborative: You're a team player who values working with others to achieve shared goals.

Position Details:

• Location: In-office in St. Louis, MO.
• Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours available Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
