OD Instructional Designer

Are you looking for a challenging role with the opportunity to design and develop training to be delivered to our clients?  If so, AAIM is looking for an experienced Instructional Designer!

This position is responsible for instructional design, development, implementation and updates of learning content for public and custom training offered by AAIM.

What you will do:

• Responsible for the instructional design and development of training curriculum
• Update, prepare, and facilitate in-house/site based programs both on-line and off-line
• Monitor and asses on-going development of members and non-members training needs
• Evaluate the effectiveness of current training programs and revise if needed 
• Interface with Sales and Marketing to ensure training programs compliment the strategic plan.
