Training and Organizational Development Manager

Job Description:

The role of the Manager is to provide facilitation of AAIM public training programs both at the AAIM office and off site venues. In addition, this person is responsible for the instructional design of custom content for the purposes of delivery via online or instructor led programs. As Manager you will oversee all aspects of the execution of virtual training offerings including possible facilitation of those programs.

Requirements:

It is required that this individual has an Instructional Design background and has facilitated training events to groups and individuals. Excellent communication skills are also required to convey the overall TOD platform to potential members.
